License grant
Subject to these terms, Radionics Interactive grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Sticker Generator for personal use on devices you own or control.
Commercial use
Commercial use terms are a placeholder and have not yet been finalized. Contact Radionics Interactive for written permission before using Sticker Generator as part of a commercial service, paid workflow, or revenue-generating activity.
Redistribution
You may not copy, publish, sublicense, sell, rent, distribute, mirror, bundle, or otherwise make the software or installer available to another party without prior written permission from Radionics Interactive. Link to the official product page instead.
Reverse engineering
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or attempt to derive the source code of the software, except where such a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Ownership
The software is licensed, not sold. Radionics Interactive retains all right, title, and interest in Sticker Generator, including its code, design, branding, and associated intellectual property.
No warranty
The software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Preview software may contain errors or incomplete features.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radionics Interactive will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business arising from the use of or inability to use the software.
Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach these terms. When terminated, you must stop using and delete all copies of the software in your possession or control.
